Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Supply Quality Engineer to partner with design teams and suppliers to ensure first-time quality for precision mechanical parts used in missile and high-speed aircraft programs. You will drive supplier development, PPAP readiness, and RCCA across the product lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have AS9100 knowledge, experience in aerospace/defense, and the ability to travel up to 50%. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy or similar.
• Experience with producing precision mechanical parts for aerospace or defense.
• Experience scaling supplier capabilities from prototype to production.
• AS9100/ ISO 9001 knowledge; AS9100 Lead Auditor a plus.
• Experience with First Article Inspection to AS9102.
• Familiarity with ITAR, SOW, IP and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design teams to support manufacturability feedback and generate product data.
• Lead supplier quality development across design reviews, supplier process development, testing and qualification.
• Drive supplier process development and ensure capability alignment with mechanical requirements.
• Collaborate with product engineering, sourcing, and program teams to deliver predictable supply for development and production programs.
• Lead RCCA and MRB activities and manage containments from purchased goods.
• Audit supplier Quality Management System and improve documentation for flow-down requirements.
• Prepare and lead supplier onsite audits and reviews for contract deliverables.
