Qualifications

• 6+ years of warehouse managerial experience.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and leadership capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing KPIs and metrics.
• Experience managing projects, programs, and initiatives.
• Ability to analyze data and drive improvement actions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the business strategy and drive safety, quality, and performance.
• Lead and develop a team of ~7 managers across shifts.
• Recruit, onboard, and train leaders.
• Make sound decisions with good judgement and accountability.
• Promote equity across the network.
• Meet warehouse financial targets by budgeting and monitoring variances.
• Drive KPI metrics and facility scorecards.
• Partner with support teams to test and pilot solutions.
