Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with internal or external customers; manage profiles and service needs; address questions and concerns about shipments and billing.
• Coach staff with supervisors to ensure proper training and workload prioritization.
• Oversee processing of services to reflect company policies and requirements.
• Track orders and shipments; support tracing for sensitive shipments including international operations.
• Run and summarize complex operational reports and present findings as needed.
• Prepare quotes and service details; assist with quotes for potential services.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and providers on service delivery and issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain safe, effective operations.
