Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a site operations leader in Dallas to oversee inbound and outbound activities, drive profitability, and ensure service levels while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. You will direct staff, optimize scheduling, and coordinate with teams to meet contractual obligations.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, a background in transportation or logistics, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED plus 5 years in logistics; 3+ years in supervision.
Bachelor’s in Transportation, Logistics or SCM preferred.
Valid state driver’s license; forklift certification; other professional certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

Lead, direct and manage inbound/outbound site operations to meet customer standards and maximize profitability.
Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Ensure safety methods and procedures are communicated and followed; move freight safely and timely.
Maintain a clean, professional, safe working environment and proper equipment condition.
Oversee administrative functions to ensure timely paperwork and compliance.
Coach and mentor direct reports and provide career development opportunities.
