Job summary

Leonardo DRS, Inc. seeks a Senior Supply Chain Compliance Manager for our Bridgeton, MO base with optional remote or in-person work.

You will lead internal controls to ensure DFARS/FAR compliance across purchasing, sourcing, and supplier management, and oversee MMAS & CPSR readiness. You will advise leadership on complex government regulations, develop policy, and drive cross-functional programs while supporting proposals with accurate material cost/pricing data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
• ~8+ years of business experience in supply chain, procurement, or compliance roles within DoD contractor environments.
• Demonstrated understanding of FAR/DFARS purchasing system requirements, subcontract flow-down, and CPSR expectations.
• Experience supporting material cost/pricing estimates for proposals and familiarity with Estimating System compliance.
• Experience managing or supporting cross-functional compliance programs.
• Ability to travel as necessary to support the functions of the job.
• Prior experience leading or supporting a Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR), preferred.
• Familiarity with export/trade compliance requirements (ITAR/EAR) as they intersect with supplier sourcing, preferred.
• Experience preparing or reviewing material basis of estimate packages for competitive or sole-source proposals, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development, implementation, and oversight of internal controls for supply chain compliance with FAR/DFARS and company policy.
• Lead review and monitoring of Purchasing System and MMAS for compliance and risk.
• Advise senior leaders on complex government regulations as they relate to subcontracting, purchasing, and supplier management.
• Draft and implement supply chain compliance policies, procedures, and flow-down clauses.
• Support proposal cost data accuracy and alignment with Estimating System requirements.
• Drive cross-functional compliance programs across Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Lead internal and external audits of the Purchasing System and related processes.
• Develop training modules on supply chain and purchasing system compliance.
