Job summary

The role focuses on developing GTM plans, managing supplier-funded programs, and guiding sales teams in market positioning for growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for supplier escalations, business planning, strategic initiatives, and operational alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, QBRs, and executive engagement activities.
• Advocate for supplier priorities within Arrow and with supplier leadership.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive bookings, billings, market share, and profitability.
• Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and partner growth areas.
• Partner with sales teams to support opportunities, competitive positioning, and pipeline development.
• Deliver business plans achieving growth objectives while maximizing ROI.
• Drive partner recruitment, activation, enablement, and engagement programs.
• Collaborate with channel sales to grow strategic partner relationships.
• Support initiatives increasing partner participation, certifications, pipeline, and customer acquisition.
• Align supplier resources and Arrow teams to accelerate growth opportunities.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales programs that generate pipeline and revenue.
• Track program effectiveness and optimize performance.
• Monitor key business metrics and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Champion initiatives that improve customer, partner, and supplier experience.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and IT to resolve issues and remove growth barriers.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve scalability and execution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned suppliers and technologies.
• Provide guidance to sales teams on opportunities and market positioning.
• Influence cross-functional teams and mentor others while sharing best practices.
