Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to join the Intelligence Systems Team on the Quality Engineering Group. You will define and execute processes that deliver high quality hardware for defense programs, collaborating with design teams and suppliers to meet requirements.

You will drive supplier readiness, PPAP/FAIR, audits, and corrective actions across development to production. TS/SCI clearance is required or can be obtained; travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy or similar field.
• Subject matter expertise in castings/weldings, precision machined parts, or avionics/electronics.
• Experience scaling supplier quality from prototype to high-rate production.
• Knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001-based QMS; auditor experience a plus.
• Experience with FAI/AS9102, PPAP, MSA and GD&T.
• Willing and able to travel up to 50% and obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design teams to provide DFM feedback and generate product data for supplier quality success.
• Lead supplier quality development across design reviews, testing, and qualification.
• Drive readiness through PPAP, FAIR, audits, containment, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with sourcing, program management, and product teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Audit supplier QMS and manage documentation to flow down customer requirements.
