Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Supply Quality Engineer to define and execute processes ensuring high quality hardware assemblies across our product lines. You will drive supplier quality from development through production, collaborating with design teams and suppliers to meet stringent requirements.

You will lead RCCA and MRB activities, manage supplier audits, and champion AS9100/ISO9001 compliance, FMEA/APQP, and PPAP across multiple hardware commodities. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or similar field.
• Experience in hardware manufacturing and supplier quality in aerospace/defense.
• Knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 and conducting FMEA/APQP.
• Experience with PPAP, MSA, GD&T, and IPC/QMS controls.
• Ability to drive supplier performance, SCAR, and ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality development through design reviews, process development, and qualification.
• Own RCCA/MRB activities and containments for purchased goods.
• Audit supplier Quality Management System and support supplier onsite reviews.
• Collaborate with design, sourcing, and program teams to ensure predictable supply.
• Develop measurement systems and lead supplier qualification activities (PPAP, FAIR, audits).
