Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer for Intelligence Systems in Reston/Santa Ana. You will define and execute processes to deliver high quality hardware, lead supplier development, and ensure quality requirements are met across design, production, and field operations.

You will own audits, RCCAs, and PPAP/ITAR compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and improve reliability across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy or similar technical field.
• AS9100/ISO 9001 knowledge; Lead/Internal Auditor certification a plus.
• Experience with First Article Inspection to AS9102 and control plans.
• Knowledge of ITAR and government regulations.
• FMEA/APQP/PPAP elements (MSA, GD&T) and statistical methods.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and obtain/hold U.S. TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design teams to provide DFx feedback and generate product data.
• Lead supplier quality development throughout product development and qualification.
• Drive supplier process development, testing, and qualification for components/sub-assemblies.
• Manage supplier performance and containments; drive SCAR processes and RCCA activities.
• Audit supplier Quality Management System and ensure flow-down requirements are met.
• Lead supplier onsite audits and reviews for contract deliverables.
