Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 4+ years in supplier quality or manufacturing.
• Experience leading supplier audits and corrective action programs.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and related quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier qualification, audits, surveillance, and performance management.
• Mentor engineers and lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects.
• Analyze supplier data to identify risks and drive mitigation strategies.
