Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead complex construction projects in Atlanta. This role will plan, manage, and execute all aspects of large-scale projects, directing teams, subcontractors, and resources to ensure timely and profitable completion.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, scheduling, budget oversight, quality control, and coordination with owners and design teams. A high level of experience and a strong operations mindset are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in construction-related field.
• 10+ years construction experience with 8+ years in field supervision.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license; ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of complex projects and manage the project team.
• Ensure safety culture and compliance across the site and subcontractors.
• Develop work plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and costs.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, and authorities; manage meetings and reports.
• Support Lean principles and drive project delivery to meet goals.
