Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent for Advanced Facilities projects in the Tempe, AZ area. The role oversees multi-project execution, staffing, safety culture, scheduling, and cost control to ensure timely, profitable completion.

You will coordinate with owners, design teams, and subcontractors, lead stand-ups and progress meetings, and drive Lean and QA/QC across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead safety culture and manage teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools.
• Experience in project management and cost reporting.
• Knowledge of lean construction principles and trade coordination.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC programs.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care, custody and control and meetings.
• Creates and manages project schedule with Project Manager.
• Tracks project budget and cost reports.
• Communicates key project information to owners and teams.
• Ensures QA/QC and documentation compliance across project.
