Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 1 for Advanced Facilities in Tempe, AZ. You will plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects, including material/equipment management, people management and documentation to ensure timely, profitable completion.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead safety culture and mentor staff.
• Experience managing subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC activities.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate project site care, logistics and documentation.
• Lead daily standups and weekly trade meetings.
• Participate in progress and OAC meetings.
• Create and adjust project schedules with PM.
• Monitor budgets and project costs using reports.
• Communicate key updates to owners, design team and authorities.

Responsibilities
