Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Superintendent to lead concrete-focused projects for large-scale commercial and industrial facilities, including data centers and core-and-shell constructions. You will oversee all phases from planning through completion and manage on-site teams and subcontractors.

You will ensure safety and quality standards, coordinate schedules and resources, and communicate plans and contract terms to staff and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in construction.
• Proven self-perform experience with concrete on commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Certifications in construction safety and related areas are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion.
• Coordinating and supervising the construction process from development through final construction.
• Ensuring all construction activities align with the project plan.
• Managing and leading a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensuring all safety protocols and quality standards are met at all times.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting and explaining plans and contract terms to staff and contractors.
• Scheduling and coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials supplies.
