Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Superintendent with a concrete specialization for large-scale commercial and industrial projects. You will lead planning, coordination, and on-site execution across data centers, commercial structures, and cast-in-place work, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a superintendent role with proven self-perform concrete experience and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in construction.
• Proven self-perform experience with concrete on commercial/industrial projects.
• Exceptional leadership to manage diverse teams and subcontractors.
• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with sound decisions under pressure.
• A related bachelor's degree is preferred; certifications in construction safety are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all phases of the construction project from planning to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise the construction process from development through final construction.
• Ensure all activities align with the project plan.
• Lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards at all times.
• Interface with clients, explain plans and contract terms to staff and contractors.
• Schedule and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and materials supplies.
