Job summary

Jobot seeks a dynamic Superintendent with a strong track record in concrete for large-scale commercial and industrial projects. The role requires overseeing all phases of construction, coordinating teams, and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on complex data center, commercial, and industrial builds.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Superintendent, proven self-perform concrete experience, and excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Superintendent or similar role in construction.
• Proven self-perform experience with concrete on commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong leadership to manage and inspire a diverse team of workers and subcontractors.
• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Certifications in construction safety or related areas are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all phases of the project from planning to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise construction from development through final build.
• Ensure activities align with the project plan.
• Lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety and quality standards at all times.
• Explain plans and contract terms to staff and contractors.
• Schedule and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and materials.
