Jobot is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities across commercial and residential projects. You will manage trades, ensure safety, schedule work, and coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and field teams.

The role requires 5+ years in a superintendent or similar position, ability to read construction documents, and proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role.
• Ability to manage on-site construction activities from pre-construction through closeout.
• Strong reading of construction documents, schedules, and safety protocols.
