Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead heavy civil projects with full lifecycle oversight, from planning to execution. You will manage budgets, schedules, safety and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment, reporting to project leadership and coordinating with clients and teams on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent in construction.
• Proven experience in project management, budgeting, scheduling, safety management and subcontractor management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management to deliver on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Supervise construction activities ensuring safety and quality control measures.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and costs.
• Maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and staff for clear communication.
• Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to plans.
