Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Superintendent with a concrete focus to lead large-scale commercial and industrial projects, including data centers and core-and-shell developments. You will oversee planning, coordination, and on-site leadership to deliver safe, on-time outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in a superintendent role, strong leadership, and proven self-perform concrete expertise, supported by a relevant degree and safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Superintendent or similar role in construction.
• Self-perform experience with concrete on commercial/industrial projects is a must.
• Strong leadership to manage and inspire a diverse team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in construction safety and other relevant areas are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion.
• Coordinating and supervising the construction process from the development stage through final construction.
• Ensuring all construction activities align with the project plan.
• Managing and leading a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met at all times.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting and explaining plans and contract terms to involved staff and contractors.
• Scheduling and coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials supplies.
