Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Superintendent I in Lincoln, NE to lead on-site execution for advanced facilities projects. You will manage materials, equipment, and people, ensuring documentation and schedules support timely, profitable project completion.

You will partner with field leadership to staff the project, coordinate trade meetings, and monitor safety, quality, and cost reporting while aligning with JE Dunn’s values and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management and field supervision preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across teams and clients.
• Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans and schedule, coordinate field activities and meetings.
• Monitor budgets, costs and cost reports; support project closeouts.
