Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Electrical, Instrument and Control or Electronics field, or equivalent related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead testing and commissioning of protection and control systems on transmission lines or substations.
• Oversee protection system testing, documentation, and compliance to standards.
• Manage staff through recruitment, training, performance reviews, and recognition.
• Develop and implement action plans to address deficiencies and track progress.
• Visit work sites regularly to monitor operations and ensure quality.
