Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Electrical, instrument and Control or electronics Field or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in calibrating, installing, and in-service testing of relay systems, three of which must be in leadership or project management capacity.
• 6 years’ experience commissioning, troubleshooting and maintaining substation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Completes and maintains all work documentation or reporting.
• Develops and maintains work relationships, regional contacts and internal networks.
• Develops and executes action plans to address deficiencies in process or employee skill/knowledge and track the progress of those plans.
• Effectively manages staff/team(s) through recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management and rewards and recognition.
• Effectively utilizes resources by monitoring individual technician’s productivity and ensuring correct charge time for each maintenance task.
• Performs monitoring and analysis for ongoing projects and work efforts, reviews practices for efficiencies and provides feedback.
