Responsibilities

• Assesses complex field situations and recommends solutions.
• Manages staff through recruitment, training, performance management.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by focusing on customer needs.
• Ensures Substation Test work is completed on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Ensures training is completed and documented.
• Oversees contract development and engineering construction as needed.
• Partners with employees and unions to enhance satisfaction.
