• Manage staff through recruitment, training, performance and rewards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by prioritizing customer needs.
• Ensure Substation Test work is completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure training is completed and documented.
• Establish assessment systems for procedures compliance.
• Identify safety issues under pressure and communicate them.
• Influence best practices to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage large budgets and achieve unit cost targets.
• Oversee Asset Strategy and contract development as needed.
• Oversee Engineering Construction and Contract Supervision.
• Partner with employees and unions to enhance satisfaction.
• Collaborate with peers and agencies to improve results.
• Prepare for emergencies and support response.
• Supervise 15-20 direct and 115-130 indirect reports.
