Qualifications

• BS in Civil-Structural Eng with 5+ years experience, or MS with 3+ years.
• PE License preferred in CA/WA/OR or ability to obtain within 3–12 months.
• SE licensure is preferred.
• Experience with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint & MATHCAD software.
• Experience with STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, RISA 3D, FAD, SAG10, LPile.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
• Team player with ability to communicate with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and perform design reviews of civil/structural components for substation packages.
• Develop junior staff members and provide mentorship.
• Conduct site visits to client facilities and participate in travel as needed.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards and seismic loading considerations.
