Qualifications

• BS in Civil-Structural Engineering with 5+ years in the utility design field.
• PE license preferred in CA/WA/OR or ability to obtain within 3–12 months.
• SE licensure preferred.
• Experience with design reviews of substation structures, foundations, and seismic loading.

Responsibilities

• Perform design reviews of civil/structural components for substation projects.
• Lead projects and mentor junior staff on design tasks.
• Coordinate with clients and staff; travel to client sites as needed.
• Ensure compliance with project scope, schedule and budget; support bid/construction packages.
