Qualifications

• BS or MS in civil-structural engineering with relevant experience.
• PE licensure required; SE licensure preferred.
• Experience with substation structure design and reviews.
• Proficiency in design software: STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, RISA 3D, FAD, SAG10, LPile.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MicroStation; strong analytical writing.
• Ability to communicate with clients and staff; team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews of civil/structural components for substation projects.
• Develop junior staff and supervise project execution.
• Perform seismic loading design/review per industry codes.
• Conduct site visits and occasional travel to client sites.
• Support bid/construction package development within budget and schedule.
