Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. seeks a Substation Engineer - Protection and Controls for its Power Delivery group. You will design substations, draft drawings, and develop relay settings to ensure safe, reliable energy delivery across multiple office locations.

Responsibilities include grounding analyses, protective relaying calculations, and providing on-site field support during construction and commissioning. A BS in Electrical Engineering and 6+ years in substations are required;

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• 6+ years of experience in Substation engineering with focus on protection & control.
• Familiarity with relay protection schemes and relay logic.

Responsibilities

• Substation design & drafting: single line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, control layouts.
• Perform protection, grounding analyses, and relay setting calculations.
• Develop technical equipment specs and work scopes for projects.
