Paradigm Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead substation construction projects from inception to completion.

You will direct project teams, coordinate with clients, ensure safety, time, and budget adherence, and report progress to leadership. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in substation project/execution work, at least 3 years in direct management, and strong knowledge of industry practices, scheduling software, and procurement processes.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in construction science, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of project or field execution experience in substation construction, with at least 3 years in direct management of substation work.
• Knowledge of substation design/construction industry practices, legal standards, and market trends.

Responsabilidades

• Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate and complete projects within cost, quality, schedule, and objectives.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and report status to leadership.
• Provide leadership for project team and project management process across multiple sites.
• Maintain communications with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships.
