Paradigm Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead substations construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery. You will oversee project teams, coordinate with clients, and report progress to leadership.

The role requires strong communication, a deep understanding of project scheduling, and experience with procurement processes. This position is based at our Overland Park site and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction science, engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of project or field execution experience in substation construction.
• Knowledge of substation design/construction industry practices and standards.
• Experience with project scheduling and procurement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; InEight or similar PM software is a plus.
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from start to finish, while driving a culture of the utmost quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate and complete projects within cost, quality, schedule, and key objectives.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress, reporting to leadership.
• Provide leadership for project team members and PM processes.
• Effectively communicate with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Be accountable for activities across multiple project sites.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships.
