Job summary

Paradigm Power Delivery, Inc. seeks a Lead Designer to steer the design of substation and power delivery projects. You will head the design team, develop innovative solutions, and ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements.

You will mentor designers, coordinate with project managers and construction teams, and deliver designs that translate smoothly into field execution while staying aligned with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in design for substation and power delivery projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, design codes and safety standards.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design of substation and power delivery infrastructure.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to translate designs to field.
• Review and approve design drawings, specs, and calculations.
• Mentor junior designers and engineers to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and provide technical support during development.
• Stay current on industry trends and integrate best practices into design processes.
