The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, 7+ years of project/field execution in substations, and strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and InEight. A collaborative, detail-focused leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Seven plus years' project or field execution experience in substation construction.
• Experience in direct management of substation work (≥3 years).
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team and manage activities from start to finish.
• Coordinate with client, ensure quality, schedule, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain client relationships across sites.
