Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking a Substation Engineer Consultant to lead project teams across electrical design, modification, and analysis of high voltage substations. You will guide engineers, designers, estimators, controls and scheduling professionals through project phases and deliverables.

You will coordinate with civil and transmission teams, prepare reports, and ensure high quality, on-time results. Hybrid work with relocation options may be available.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor of Science Engineering degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams of engineers, designers, estimators, controls and scheduling professionals on HV substation design/modification projects.
• Coordinate and manage work with civil, structural, and transmission teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Communicate with clients and provide project and account support.
• Develop and mentor team members.

Advanced management degree or certification
