Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in Utility industry or equivalent experience, with 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and multi-project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead substation field operations including safety, compliance and inspections.
• Manage capital and maintenance budgets; schedule and complete work to meet goals.
• Supervise engineers, coordinators, craft personnel, and support staff; coach and develop talent.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, asset planning, and operations units to support grid objectives.
• Address regulatory filings, reliability improvement and cost-control projects.
