Entergy seeks a seasoned Grid Manager, Field Work Management to lead planning and scheduling for transmission and substation across a multi-state footprint. You will drive standardized work management, policy compliance, and performance improvements while coordinating with internal partners.

The role requires extensive utility operations experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with planning tools and analytics.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management or related field preferred; equivalent utility operations experience may be considered.
10+ years of progressively responsible utility operations, planning, or engineering work.
Advanced knowledge of Grid and Transmission Work Management principles including planning, scheduling, and resource optimization.

Mansioni

Lead Work Management Grid across the footprint with standardized processes and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with TCC, DOC, Operations, Asset Management, Engineering, and other planning groups for efficient work planning and execution.
Oversee work prioritization, scheduling, and resource utilization to balance capital, reliability, and costs.
Develop regional forecasts for Transmission Line/Substation maintenance and capital projects.
Govern governance for Work Management processes and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Support Storm Response Program and represent leadership in regional/corporate forums.
