Aufgaben

• Provides leadership and oversight for substation field operations, safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance and capital project management.
• Manages capital and maintenance budgets, planning, scheduling and execution to meet goals safely and with customer satisfaction.
• Supervises engineers, coordinators, craft personnel and staff, including training and development.
• Addresses regulatory compliance issues and supports requests from FERC, NERC, SERC and others.
• Interfaces with engineering, finance, asset planning and operations centers to coordinate work.
• Leads teams on projects addressing safety, reliability, cost control and labor management.
