Job summary

GE Vernova, in its Grid Systems Integration unit, seeks a Lead Project Manager to direct execution of large, complex substation projects. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning to deliver on scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

The role requires strong governance, risk visibility, and leadership communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time delivery and adherence to contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience relevant to substations, grid infrastructure, or large industrial projects.
• Minimum 3 years of direct site execution experience on substations or large construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of large, complex substation projects across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety to meet contractual commitments.
• Provide governance, reporting, and decision support to leadership on project status and risks.
