Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Field Technician II to perform testing, inspection, and maintenance of substation electrical equipment with increasing independence. You will troubleshoot issues, assist with commissioning, and maintain safety and quality standards on site.

The role requires passing a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and travel/overtime as needed. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass a satisfactory criminal background check.
• Willing to work overtime and travel out of town.
• Must have valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies including PPE in substation environments.
• Participate in safety training and job briefings; identify hazards and mitigate.
