Qualifications

• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Strong safety mindset and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead advanced testing, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of substation apparatus.
• Lead commissioning activities for new or upgraded substation equipment and ensure standards compliance.
• Analyze test results, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior technicians.
• Coordinate field activities with engineers, project managers, and clients.
• Maintain accurate field reports and ensure safety policies are followed.
