Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC seeks an Engineering Project Manager – Substation to lead complex HV projects from design through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with engineering and construction teams, manage scope, risk, and budgets, and serve as a technical leader across the project lifecycle.

A BS in Engineering from ABET-accredited school, 10+ years HV experience, and PE license preferred; strong communication and leadership required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electric utility industry engineering duties and/or management for high voltage projects.
• Bachelor of Science or graduate degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• PE license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and operational leadership on technical goals and oversee engineering work.
• Act as a technical lead during design phases and customer/jobsite visits.
• Define engineering scope, deliverables, assumptions, and technical requirements for each project.
• Manage engineering partners and review KPIs with senior leadership.
• Facilitate design reviews and risk mitigation to keep projects on schedule and budget.
