Job summary

QISG, a division leveraging Quanta’s resources, seeks an Engineering Project Manager – Substation to provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities while aligning with schedules, budgets, and safety standards.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive design reviews, and manage risks, ensuring constructible, compliant deliverables for diverse substation initiatives and client engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electric utility engineering or management for high-voltage projects.
• ABET-accredited engineering degree (BS or MS) required or preferred.
• P.E. license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Provide technical leadership across conceptual through closeout phases.
• Coordinate with clients, construction, and engineering partners to ensure compliance with standards.
