Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC seeks an Engineering Project Manager – Substation to lead technical work, coordinate multi-discipline teams, and ensure design, procurement, construction, and commissioning align with schedules and budgets. You will liaison between engineering, construction, and clients to deliver safe, reliable substations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the electric utility industry
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
• P.E. license preferred
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of structural, civil, or electrical engineering principles
• Familiarity with ANSI, IEEE, NEC, NESC and related standards

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across full project lifecycle from proposal to closeout
• Serve as technical lead through conceptual, preliminary, detailed design, construction and commissioning phases
• Define engineering scope, deliverables, and technical requirements for each project
• Manage performance of engineering partners and review KPIs with senior leadership
• Facilitate design and constructability reviews and risk mitigation
• Ensure compliance with company standards, codes, and client requirements
• Contribute to training and development within the subsurface engineering PM team
• Collaborate with engineering and construction units to drive project delivery and innovation
