• Lead or support Substation Engineering initiatives across Area.
• Mentor Area BC staff and deploy onboarding/training.
• Drive quality processes, standards, and PARR-type reviews.
• Support Go/No-Go, proposals, and strategic pursuits in Substation BC.
• Ensure 70%–75% utilization by guiding projects.
