HDR, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Substation P&C Engineering Team Lead to guide HDR's Power Delivery group.

This role focuses on leading and growing a national team, delivering high-voltage substation projects, and ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence. The successful candidate will mentor staff, develop proposals, and collaborate with Client Managers and Technical Leaders to provide world-class solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional registration may be required based on role.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in substation engineering or related field.
• Experience with HV switchyards and substation projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing substation P&C engineering team.
• Oversee technical execution, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Support proposals with technical writing and project estimating.
