Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead the Substation Engineering department from Tulsa, OK. This role reports to the Program Manager, guiding Leads and engineers, improving workflows, and delivering on project commitments.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards, while mentoring team members and liaising with the customer to resolve issues. Remote-friendly with a permanent, senior leadership focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of engineering and project management experience in electric substation protection and control systems.
• 4+ years of leading or supervising a technical design or engineering team.
• Professional Engineering license or ability to obtain PE within a set timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and training in Substation Engineering.
• Establish, monitor, and maintain quality control standards for design services.
• Manage project budgets and schedules across all workflows.
• Develop and review conceptual project scopes and provide cost estimates.
