ACS Professional Staffing is seeking a Substation Project Engineer III to lead substation design projects, mentor a small team of engineers and CAD designers, and ensure high-quality, compliant deliverables. The position also involves managing client relationships and supporting business development.

Candidates must hold an active US PE license and have 5–10 years of substation engineering experience with strong technical and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and guide a small team of engineers and CAD designers in General/Physical Layout and Protection & Control for substation design projects.
• Lead and oversee the preparation of engineering deliverables for technical accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as the sealing engineer and take responsibility for final engineering approvals.
• Manage client relationships as primary point of contact and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support business development by engaging with select clients and identifying opportunities for project growth.
• Coordinate team activities to meet project schedules and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Divisional Manager on project execution and strategic initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to the team.
