The position includes mentoring lower-level engineers and ensuring compliance with electrical codes and standards. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's counts toward experience) and a PE license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution will count toward years of experience.
• A PE License is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, one-line diagrams, and estimates for substation projects.
• Review substation construction drawings and verify compliance with codes and standards.
• Engineer and design lightning protection, grounding, and equipment replacement for substations.
• Lead, facilitate, and coordinate work activities to complete substation projects.
• Provide training and guidance to lower-level engineers.
