Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in substation physical design engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, designers, and drafters across multiple concurrent projects.
• Provide technical oversight and drive continuous improvement of standards, processes, and tools.
• Serve as Engineer of Record and perform final technical reviews including PE stamping when required.
• Coordinate resources across teams and offices to meet delivery commitments.
• Maintain client communication and manage stakeholder relationships.
