You will lead the engineering and design of multiple projects from 12kV to 500kV, act as Engineer of Record, and guide engineers and drafters to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (ABET-accredited).
• PE license is required.
• Minimum 6+ years in substation physical design engineering.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead substation physical design across concurrent projects.
• Serve as Engineer of Record with PE stamping.
• Guide engineers, designers, and drafters to ensure design quality.
• Develop equipment layouts, grounding, and cable routing designs.
• Coordinate with internal/external disciplines and clients.
