Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least six years of electrical engineering experience in utilities, energy systems, or related sector.
• Active PE license and US residence.

Responsibilities

• Develop initial substation design concepts and oversee detailed electrical designs.
• Prepare and review layouts, single-line diagrams, grounding, lightning protection, and wiring diagrams.
• Contribute to generation, transmission, and distribution system design including solar, wind, and storage.
• Review equipment specs, vendor docs, and EPC proposals.
• Develop technical specs aligned with standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate with civil/structural teams for integrated solutions.
• Independently perform design development, analysis, and reviews with high quality.
• Manage deliverables to meet deadlines, budgets, and client objectives.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance quality and productivity.
